For the continuity throughout the judging process, we would be grateful if you could adhere to the following guidelines.

Entry Guidelines

  • Entry must include a full marketing campaign for a single property.
  • Evidence of media utilised in marketing strategy i.e.
    • Emails
    • Web
    • Text
    • Brochure (can be supplied separate)
    • Press
  • Entry statements should be limited to 200 words and no more than 2 x A3 boards of supporting evidence.
  • Please include sale price in relation to asking price.
  • Supporting evidence; length of time on the market and number of requests to view
